We have seen how easy it is to get overwhelmed and just how much another clear-minded steady person can help dissolve the feeling of too much. We have worked in many capacities in our client’s homes and lives over the years and always find that people are happiest when the they’ve hired someone who listens to what they want and is able to fill in the gaps for what they need.

We take the time to understand how our clients think and live in order to best support their homes and lives. We work to create spaces and routines that make their lives happier and healthier. From a small kitchen reorganization to special occasion events, we can and do organize the best possible version of life for each of our clients.

The original AUXILIARY MOM story

Once upon a time, I had a client tell me I was the sister she never wanted and was incredibly grateful to have. Over a twelve year span, I traveled with her, ran her office, moved her out of and into homes, watched her child grow up, and supported her life in many capacities.

Eventually, we landed on the idea that I was not the sister she never wanted but her family’s Auxiliary Mom.

Auxiliary Mom encompassed all the things she couldn’t do alone and needed help to get done faster, safer, and easier with elegance, intelligence, and without any guilt.  In fact, that is what I’ve done for many years, I just didn’t have a name that fit the work.

Lovingly, I began to use the term with all my clients and it stuck. These 15 years of working as a home manager, nanny, organizer, and event planner, I have had the pleasure of supporting many families of all shapes and sizes. Presently, Auxiliary Mom works all over the United States and has traveled as far as France to support client’s endeavors. I love the work Auxiliary Mom does. Our clients often become long standing members of our guilt-free client family.
