Over a twelve year span, I traveled with her, ran her office, moved her out of and into homes, watched her child grow up, and supported her life in many capacities.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">Eventually, we landed on the idea that I was not the sister she never wanted but her family&#8217;s Auxiliary Mom.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">Auxiliary Mom encompassed all the things she couldn&#8217;t do alone and needed help to get done faster, safer, and easier with elegance, intelligence, and without any guilt.\u00a0 In fact, that is what I&#8217;ve done for many years, I just didn&#8217;t have a name that fit the work.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">Lovingly, I began to use the term with all my clients and it stuck. These 15 years of working as a home manager, nanny, organizer, and event planner, I have had the pleasure of supporting many families of all shapes and sizes. Presently, Auxiliary Mom works all over the United States and has traveled as far as France to support client&#8217;s endeavors. I love the work Auxiliary Mom does.
